We use Evri Next Day for reliable, fully tracked delivery across the UK.

Evri will attempt delivery before redirecting your parcel to a nearby Evri ParcelShop or nominated safe location if you’re unavailable. Please ensure a valid contact number is provided at checkout to help avoid delivery issues.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to Natural Strains due to missing or incorrect contact details, a re-delivery fee may apply.

You can track and manage your delivery via the Evri app, available on the App Store and Google Play.

International Orders & Legal Responsibility

If you are purchasing CBD products outside the United Kingdom, please ensure that CBD is legal in your country before ordering.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders seized or rejected by customs due to local restrictions. In these cases:

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for seized parcels.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to local regulations, you’ll receive a full product refund minus shipping costs.
  • If you miss delivery and the parcel is returned, a refund (excluding postage) will be issued once the goods are received back in our facility.
